Balloon Flight

There was a 24 hour contest on the Bloobel Facebook Group this weekend (now closed) to try to win this image if we got to 1000 comments.  Didn't quite get there but there were still quite a few "milestone" winners after certain set numbers of comments and lots of fun was had by all.

You know I had to have her [big grin].  You can get this image in the Bloobel Shop here.

I love Zodiacs

Happy, happy today.  Capricorn hit the Bloobel shop last week and today I can say my Bloobel Zodiacs are complete.  The colouring that is.  I hope to make them into a project, probably a calendar, at some point so I can look at them often.

You can start your own collection here.

Also, Lisa put a couple of cute heart projects in the shop and the Patchwork Heart called to me and just jumped in my cart [wink].  I did a quick monochromatic colouring on it.  I was going to go another completely different colour scheme, but my pens had a mind of their own today.  Patchwork Heart is only $1.00 or... you can check out the "Bazaar Digis" (link in the top bar on the homepage) and pick 5 from that category for $1.00 using code "BAZAAR"!

The Some Odd Girl Facebook Group has a monthly challenge and I thought I might try to participate this month.  Any entry, using a SOG image is allowed but "extra points" if you used an "inspiration photo" this month.

So, I used one of my favourite images, Birds of Love, and found a pic on Pinterest of a couple of Sun Conures.

Say it isn't so...

One of my very favourite stamp stores is retiring some of their images!  Some of these very images are on my table right now waiting for some colour.

There are over 50 images priced at $1.00 each... an absolute bargoon!  Run and check 'em out yourself  at the Bloobel "BIG SALE" .

I'll leave you with a few of these very images (yes, I have a problem... one I'm not going to give up 'cause I love me some Bloobels lol):

Oh No Nanette -
My Cup of Tea -

Add on your own image or drawing -

Wicked Wizard -
Giggles -

So what're you waiting for?!  Just cut and paste the urls I have put under each picture.  $1 each.  I know I have some more (and some not colourized yet) but didn't want to totally overwhelm you [wink].

Make it Glow

There is a challenge over at the Make it Crafty Store blog and the theme this month is "Glow".

I really should be doing anything else but this however the image and subject called to me so... everything else got put on hold lol.  Zoe graciously offered up the Festive Lampost on the Facebook Group page for 24 hours and that got the fingers itchy to create.

I created two projects with the Festive Lampost.  Hopefully I will get the other done sometime this week.  For this first image, I have used Vixen Reindeer along with the Festive Lampost.  It doesn't have to be a complete project so for that I'm thankful lol.  I made a mask and airbrushed the background then got to it with my Copics.  I had some major issues with sticky markers and hope I rescued the image.  My bad so... those markers have now got a thorough cleaning.

I'm entering this in the Challenge.  Thanks for looking.

Edited to add
Mr. Snowman with the Festive Lantern (yes... I did it right away lol)

Hershey Kiss Santa (and friend)

Don't hate me lol.  I just need to start making Christmas projects, cards and more to get ahead of the game (that's my story and I'm stickin' to it).

Hershey Kiss Santa Claus
Brenda's (Qbee's Quest) done it again.  A too-cute, so easy project with... chocolate!  Hershey Kisses to be exact.  She's definitely the Queen of Hershey Kiss creations and her tutorials are always a big hit both for their uniqueness, easy-to-follow and very thorough instructions and they are oh-so-popular for gift-giving and decor.  Yes, call me a Brenda-groupie lol!

The latest is the Hershey Kiss Santa Claus and I have put my Shelley-twist on it.  Then I was having so much fun, I "had" to make an elf.  Thank you Brenda for all your valuable time in creating these wonderful tutorials so that we can make 'em in short order and gift them to get big smiles from the recipients.

Stampin' Up Products (all current) used:
Cardstock - Garden Green, Cherry Cobbler, Whisper White (thick), Powder Pink, Black, Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper
Punches/Dies/Embossing Folder - Layered Circles, Owl Builder Punch (noses/eyes/ears, "pom-poms"), Fox Builder Punch (Santa's mustache), Softly Falling EF
Black permanent marker for Elf's mouth
